The veteran No.10 Catrakilis recently bid farewell to a 10-year long career after he announced his retirement from the game.
At only 30-years-old, Catrakilis’ ongoing battle with injuries played a big role in his decision to retire however news is certainly a huge loss for the rugby fraternity and Southern Kings.
Aside from the Kings, Catrakilis also played for Premiership side Harlequins, Top 14 side Montpellier, the Stormers, Western Province in the Currie Cup and the UCT Ikey Tigers in the Varsity Cup.
