WATCH as we bring you a unique interview after the South Africa Under-18 ‘A’ team’s game against France U18 this weekend.

The questions were in English, the answers in French and the translation in Afrikaans.

So what can go wrong?

Nothing, apparently!

The ‘translator’ is actually Johan Wasserman, son of retired Springbok loose forward Johan – who moved from the Bulls to France in 2007, where he and his family still lives.

* For the record, France U18 was too good as they defeated the SA U18 ‘A’ side by 26-23 after leading 12-9 at the break.
