WATCH as retired England and British & Irish Lions flyer Ugochukwu Monye chats to World Cup-winning Springbok Siyamthanda Kolisi.

The Bok skipper reveals how he keeps himself busy during the COVID-19-enforced lockdown and how his rehabilitation from a knee injury is progressing.

Monye, who played 14 Test for England and twice for the Lions, also fired off some intriguing quick-fire questions ate Kolisi.
