There may not be any Premiership matches taking place but the competition has given us numerous light-hearted moments that will give your abdominals quite a workout.

The referees are in the thick of things as they get themselves in the way and enjoy the odd conversation with players.

We reckon referee Wayne Barnes and Andy Goode must be great friends off the field, when you listen to the conversations they’ve had on the field.
