Beauden Barrett has been in a class of his own, which has sparked the question that the 27-year-old might be better than All Blacks great Dan Carter.

The question might stir loads of debate however one thing is certain for now he is the best player in the world.

The modern flyhalf has been named World Rugby player of the year on two occasions and his recent performance during the 40-21 win over the Wallabies has silenced his critics.

Barrett scored four tries of the six tries and converted five to finish with a match haul of 30 points, a New Zealand individual match record against Australia.
