Rugby365's Team of the Season
OPINION: Following an internal voting system, the @rugby365com crew selected their United Rugby Championship team of the season.
The side consists of four players from the Bulls and three from Leinster.
The Stormers and Sharks both have two players making the cut while Glasgow, Munster, Scarlets and the Lions have one player each.

Three standout players and why they were selected:
Warrick Gelant: It was a close call between the Stormers playmaker and the Bulls’ Willie le Roux.
What separated Gelant from Le Roux was his attacking and defensive work.
Defensively Gelant made 13 turnovers, while on attack he made the third most offloads (36) and fourth most linebreaks (202) during the season.
Vincent Tshituka: The bruising loose forward, who also did duty at No.4 lock this past season has won the most line-out steals in the competition (11).
He also won 11 turnovers and made 161 tackles.
Marnus van der Merwe: One of the latest Springbok squad members, the former Cheetahs and now Scarlets hooker caught the eye this season with his brilliant play in the tight-loose for the Welsh outfit.
He has won the third most turnovers (19) and won the second most line-outs this past season just behind Bulls hooker Johan Grobbelaar.
