College visit Affies in Pretoria

The yearly fixture started back in 1996 and have been dominated by Affies ever since. Up to date, the two sides have played 22 games, with Affies boasting with 22 wins and College managed to bag three.

Eight busses will take 24 Maritzburg College rugby teams up over the Drakensburg to Pretoria.

They will leave Pietermartzburg at eight o'clock on Friday morning.

So far this season, the hosts have won seven of their 11 fixtures, while Colleges have won eight of their 15 fixtures.

Affies are ranked 12th on the schools Top 20, while Colleges have been in-and-out of the pressure group throughout the season.

A win for the visitors could see them finally break into the Top 20.

Affies have played seven teams ranked in the Top 20,  College five.

Despite the hosts' great record against the College, the recent Provincial side's display against KZN at the Craven Week does placed a lot of pressure on the Pretoria side.
