Duineveld's 2014 Fixtures
There are two strong rugby schools in Upington – Upington and Duineveld. Inevitable the rivalry between the two is intense.
They play each other twice a year – the Klein Interjol and the Groot Interjol. Last year Velties won on both occasions.
The other inevitability for strong rugby schools up in the northwest corner of the old Cape Province is that they have to travel to play. Most of their opponents are from Kimberley and Bloemfontein, and then they wander down to gentle George.
