Glenwood have new bosses

They take the place of Rudi Dames and Mike Vowels as well as Shawn van Rensburg who has been the school's Director of Rugby.

Neither Heiberg nor McLaren is new to Glenwood.

Heiberg has been on the Glenwood staff since 2013 as the head of physical education at the school and the school's strength and conditioning coach. McLaren has been coaching the Glenwood Under-16 team.

Heiberg and Mclaren take over as 1st XV coaches with Heiberg also the director of rugby.

Heiberg has been involved in coaching since 20012, first in the Western Province and then in KwaZulu Natal where he is the coach of College Rovers.

McLaren has been involved in coaching in KwaZulu-Natal since 2005.

Dames, who had been coaching at Glenwood from 2003, is to take over the rugby at Pretoria Boys High, which has languished somewhat recently.

Mike Vowels moves to coaching the Sharks Under-19 side.

Shawn van Rensburg is staying at Glenwood and becomes the Under-16A in the place of Mclaren.
