Glenwood Roar at Wildeklawer

Glenwood played Garsfontein of Pretoria and won an impressive 38-12.

Glenwood opened the scoring when Conan Lefleur crossed the line after a superb cross kick from Connor Allen.

Glenwood's second try came from another kick up field from  Rynard  Jonker which was collected by Jaden Hendrikse who scored. Morné van Rensburg was successful with the conversion.

The third try was a spectacular solo effort from fullback Siyanda  Cele who beat five defenders to score a converted try.

Garsfontein opened their account through their flyhalf after some sustained pressure.

Some superb interplay between backs and forwards saw Jaden Hendrikse dive over for his second converted try.

The half-time score was 26-5.

Glenwood had a terrible start to the second half conceding an early converted try.

After several unforced errors, Glenwood found their rhythm again and Conan Lefleur scored his second try which was converted by Morné van Rensburg. Glenwood again seemed to go into their shell but eventually ran out worthy winners after a team try scored by Dylan Pretorius.

The final score being 38-12 to Glenwood.
