Noord-Kaap beat Diamantveld in Kimberly Battle

Thereafter Diamantveld's route to victory took a horrible turn as they were forced to play with 13 men following yellow cards to the prop WS Coetzer and hooker Marco van Staaten.
And two quick tries by the Noord-Kaap made sure the sides head to lockers at 14-all.
As the second half commenced, Diamantveld's ill-disciplined made it hard for them to regain momentum as they found themselves having to play with 14 men after fullback Ashwill Botha was given a yellow card.
Noord-Kaap made full use of the numerical advantage as they went onto to score two additional tries, while Diamantveld could only manage to score one and had to settle for the defeat.
