Schools Day at Newlands

On Tuesday 25 March 2014 there will be five schools matches at Newlands. In a different form it is an old Western Province tradition.

Now the matches are 25 minutes each way and it is at the start of the season instead of at the end in days of yore – up to 1950, that is.

The schools are invited and for Bishops, Rondebosch, SACS and Wynberg it will be their first match of the season.
