Schools Top 20 - May 26

This weekend the top seven teams won, none more so than Monnas who scored their second century in successive weeks.

The first of the top teams to lose was SACS who bumped into Paarl Gim. People knew Gimmies were a good side and they seem now to be hitting their straps.

The other Top 20 team to lose was Waterkloof but then it was to Affies who were well above them on the Top 20.

Michaelhouse did not play.

Of the group just below the Top 20 Bishops probably gave the best performance scoring the only try in their 12-7 defeat at the hands of Paarl Boys' High who are ranked No.1. But it's hard to promote a team that has just lost

The result of all of this is that there is little movement this week. The big movers are Paarl Gim.
