Schools Top 20 - May 6

There may have been fewer matches in the recent holiday time, but there were enough that were significant enough to cause much head-scratching and brow-furrowing.

Again we have tried to reward those are playing sometimes at the expense of those who did not play.

Significant results this week have been Paul Roos's big win over Dr EG Jansen, Outeniqua's win over Glenwood, Waterkloof's win over Grey PE and Paarl Gim's one point defeat by Grey Bloem, Affies' win over Oakdale and the 23-23 draw between Selborne and Monnas, and then there are signs that Bishops are back to their mesmeric best.

These and others have been a part of our deliberations.
