At the back of their 30-31 defeat to the Western Province at the weekend, the Cheetahs bounce back and outscored the visitors 17 tries to two.

The Bloemfontein side did take their foot off the gas and dominated from the start to the end.

They took a 50-10 lead at the break, leaving the side from Spain with a massive task for the next stanza.

However, Barcelone could only add another five-pointer in the second and were far from a challenge for the South Africans.

The win means, the Cheetahs have secured the prize money of R250 000.
