Bulls sign Sarries flank
The 25-year-old flank who played vital role in Saracens' victorious LV=Cup and A-League campaigns last season, will link up with the Pretorian outfit with immediate effect – after two seasons at Allianz Park.
De Jager played Varsity Cup with Stellenbosch in 2012 and 2013, before he moved to England.
His arrival in Pretoria will bolster the Bulls' depleted loose forward resources.
Earlier this week it was revealed that Blue Bulls loose forward Arno Botha will miss the opening month of the Currie Cup competition due to a knee strain.
"Nick has a great opportunity to return home to play for one of South Africa's premier sides, and he leaves with our best wishes," Saracens Director of Rugby Mark McCall said.
"Since he arrived in 2013 he has played a key role in our LV=Cup and A League teams and has made a real contribution both on and off the field.
"We wish him all the best for the future."
De Jager made 11 appearances for the north Londoners since making his Saracens debut against Newcastle Falcons in November 2013.
