Depth in the back row is a concern for Western Province and the Stormers going forward.
No.8 Willie Engelbrecht is back in Nelspruit with the Pumas after a loan spell with the Stormers in the Rainbow Cup.
Pieter-Steph du Toit will be heading to Japan after his commitments with the Springboks.
Juarno Augustus will be off to England next month to join his new team Northampton Saints.
Earlier this year the Stormers and WP lost the services of Springbok captain Siya Kolisi, who joined the Sharks.
They also said goodbye to Jaco Coetzee who joined English club Bath.
