Sharks banking on continuity
TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT: Sharks head coach Robert Du Preez named an unchanged starting XV for their Currie Cup clash against the Free State Cheetahs on Saturday.
The Sharks will be out to emulate last week’s successful performance against the Blue Bulls.
There is one change amongst the replacements, with Tera Mthembu picking up a knee injury (meniscus tear) in last weekend’s 26-10 win. His place on the bench has been taken by Luke Stringer.
“It was a good start, we knew the Bulls would be tough and they didn’t disappoint, but to get our season off to a winning start against a very good Blue Bulls side is really pleasing for us,” explains Sharks fullback Curwin Bosch.
“Now that we’ve gained a bit of momentum, it’s all about consistency; about stepping up each week,”
