VIDEO: Province sweating on injured trio
INJURY UPDATE: Watch as Western Province head coach Labeeb Levy explains the various injuries his side suffered in their 13-39 loss to the Pumas at Cape Town Stadium on Saturday.
The defeat marked a sixth loss from as many attempts with one round to play, with the Capetonians firmly out of play-off contention, rooted at the bottom of the table.

To add insult to injury, they lost three players during the defeat to the Pumas, with Scarra Ntubeni, Ezekiel Ngobeni and Damian Markus all having left the field injured during the clash.
Levy and Stormers Director of Rugby John Dobson will be particularly worried about Ntubeni’s injury, who is the most experienced hooker in the team’s upcoming United Rugby Championship campaign behind Andre-Hugo Venter and JJ Kotze.
Levy couldn’t confirm the extent of all the injured players, but there will also be a big concern regarding scrumhalf Ngobeni, who potentially injured his medial collateral ligament.

“Damian [Markus] went off with a hamstring issue as did Scarra [Ntubeni] after falling awkwardly after one of the line-outs,” Levy told @rugby365com.
“Ezekiel [Ngobeni] we suspect suffered a MCL [injury], which is the better part of the knee from my experience from a medical perspective.
“They are going to do assessments [on the injured players], but there will be [selection] changes next week”
