George charging into Euro Final
George was sidelined with a bicep muscle injury during the Six Nations and was forced to miss England's Triple Crown win over Wales at Twickenham and then the Grand Slam triumph in Paris.
But he made a timely return in the final round of the Premiership last weekend.
"Jamie hadn't played for 10 weeks and he looked very good," said Saracens Director of Rugby Mark McCall.
"It is always difficult to go into a game like that in the heat after 10 weeks out.
"He needed that before next week and I thought he did very well.
"It means we can go into the game with two top class hookers."
Springbok star Schalk Brits is McCall's other option for the middle of his front row and both men are likely to be used against Racing 92 at Grand Stade de Lyon.
They will then move on to the Premiership play-off semifinal against Leicester Tigers.
For his part, the 25-year-old George is mightily relieved to be back in the reckoning after suffering the first major injury of his career.
He played in the final 11 minutes of the 2014 European Cup defeat to RC Toulon two years ago and will be seeking a different outcome this week.
"It has been a tough couple of months," said George.
"I'm just happy to be back and I've got a lot of confidence that my rehab has gone well.
"It doesn't get any more exciting than what is coming up and the prospect of potentially what is to come is crazy.
"These are the games you want to be involved in and you learn a lot about yourself and the teams in these sort of times, that's why I have been working so hard to get back involved after what has been my first real injury.
"Momentum is massive looking ahead to the final. We weren't at our best in Newcastle and we wanted to put some wrongs right and get back to where we want to be in Worcester."
