Healy was handed a two-week suspension as a result of a citing complaint following his club's European Cup Round Three match against RC Toulon.
The Appeal Committee, consisting of Professor Lorne Crerar (Scotland), Chairman, Rod McKenzie (Scotland) and Roddy Dunlop QC (Scotland), heard submissions by video conference on behalf of Healy by Leinster's legal representative, Donal Spring, and on behalf of the EPCR Disciplinary Officer, Liam McTiernan.
