White without Kubriashvili
Kubriashvili was issued with a red card for charging into a ruck in contravention of Law 10.4 (h), during his club's EuropeanChampions Cup Round Three match against Castres Olympique at Altrad Stadium on Sunday, December 11.
Due to the request to delay the hearing, Kubriashvili is not permitted to play, or to enter the playing enclosure in any capacity at any time of the day of a match, pending resolution of his case.
Law 10.4 (h) Charging into a ruck or a maul without use of the arms or without grasping a player
Under World Rugby's Sanctions for Foul Play, Law 10.4 (h), carries the following sanction entry points – Low End: 2 weeks; Mid-Range: 5 weeks; Top End: 10 to 52 weeks.
In a separate case, Toulouse's Cyril Baille will know his fate on Wednesday, when he appears for allegedly contravening Law 10.4 (f). In the fourth minute of his European Champions Cup, Baille is alleged to have pulled the Zebre prop, Dario Chistolini, out of a ruck by the neck when Chistolini did not have the ball.
