Hooker Joseph Dweba, No.8 Evan Roos and utility back Suleiman Hartzenberg are all in doubt for the Stormers’ upcoming United Rugby Championship clash against Leinster.

Dweba went off in the opening quarter of the match looking quite uncomfortable with Hartzenberg and Roos suffering their injuries in the second-half.

“Joseph [Dweba] we’ll have to check on, it looks like just a stinger,” Stormers Director of Rugby John Dobson said.

“Suleiman Hartzenberg looks potentially like a fractured hand and Evan Roos may have something serious to his cheekbone.

“Those are both to be checked on the x-ray.”

The Stormers will be boosted with several star players who didn’t feature in the loss to Racing 92 and will he hoping that the extent of the trio’s injuries aren’t too serious.

“We’re looking forward to next week [against Leinster].

“It’s nice to know that guys like [Leolin] Zas, Seabelo Senatla, Warrick Gelant, Manie Libbok, Deon Fourie and BJ Dixon will all be fit for next week.

“I just hope those other [injured] players give us a bit of good news.”
