Leinster lock in Bok offload king
CONTRACT EXTENSION: Springbok lock RG Snyman has put pen to paper, extending his stay with Irish powerhouse Leinster ahead of next season.
The double World Cup winner joined Leinster from rivals Munster in 2024 after lifting the United Rugby Championship title with the Limerick-based outfit in 2023 – defeating the Stormers in the Final.
Snyman’s injury woes with Munster have been well documented, as he has played a mere 20 matches in four seasons since he joined in 2020.
He has been at the heart of the Leinster engine room, and his trademark offloading skill has fitted in perfectly with the Irish giants’ style of play.
