Exiles bad boy at it again

Chris Hala'ufia could be facing another lengthy time on the sidelines after being called to a RFU disciplinary hearing following his red card in London Welsh's 17-38 defeat to Leicester.

The Tongan loose forward was sent off after striking Tiger's Laurence Pearce in the head in the Premiership clash on April 25 at Welford Road.

Hala'ufia's marching orders came soon after a high tackle on Pearce, in a game where he also put a heavy hit on an invading streaker.

The London Welsh No.8 will appear at the hearing and be charged with striking an opponent, contrary to Law 10.4 (a).

The panel will be chaired by Antony Davies and take place  on Wednesday, May 6.

Hala'ufia has been warned in the past for his poor discipline and will no doubt face the wrath of the governing bodies for this attack.
