Harlequins hold onto three key forwards

All three forwards have represented the south west London club at senior level this season and the quality of their performances have secured their part in John Kingston’s long-term plans.

Harlequins' Director of Rugby said : "Archie has been involved with the first team several times this year and has shown an ability to step into that environment. His sheer hard work and levels of professionalism mean he will always maximise opportunities and he will bolster our already strong roster of back row players.

"Josh Ibuanokpe and Josh McNulty are both tightheads who we think have the potential to break into the top echelon. We hope they will be able to take the necessary steps to challenge our first-choice tightheads as they continue to develop under the outstanding guidance of Graham Rowntree and Adam Jones.

"They are once again products of our fantastic Academy structure and I am delighted they have both finalised contract renewals which keep them at Harlequins."

White, a former Epsom College and Harlequins Under-18s captain remarked: "I'm incredibly pleased to be re-signing with my boyhood club. It's a huge positive for me to stay with this fantastic group of players and coaches, and with John as the Director of Rugby, it’s the best place for me to be."

McNulty added: "My game has already developed since arriving here, thanks to working with the highly experienced coaches that we have at the club like Graham and Adam, so I'm very pleased to have extended my time at Quins."

Former Schools champion, and soon to be Bristol University graduate, Josh Ibuanokpe commented: "I'm excited to have renewed with the club and to have the opportunity to learn and develop in such a talented group. I am immensely thankful for the support that John and the Academy system has given me so far, and I can't wait to be playing at The Stoop in front of our incredible supporters next season."
