He joins hooker Corey Flynn, wing Leonardo Sarto and scrumhalf Nemia Kenatale, while props Jarrod Firth and Djustice Sears-Duru, along with flyhalf Rory Clegg have already arrived ahead of the new campaign.

At the end of June it was also confirmed that Namibian second row Tjiuee Uanivi had penned a deal.

"Following my trial last season, all has worked out and I'm delighted to sign for Glasgow Warriors," he said.

"I try and pride myself on a running and kicking game. Coming over here and training couldn't be more exciting.

"I'm currently living with Rory Clegg so I've been picking his brains about how the team works and what the plays are.

"Finn Russell played over in Christchurch when I was there, so it was good to see a familiar face when I arrived at Scotstoun.

Glasgow Hawks Director of Rugby Kenny Hamilton added: "We are delighted to have this arrangement between the player, Glasgow Hawks and Glasgow Warriors.

"The backbone of our coaching team are former Warriors with Finlay Gillies and Colin Gregor both involved.

"They will support Hagen in adopting the Warriors culture and standards as well as providing additional opportunity to develop as a player."
