BlitzBokke take Vegas by storm

The Springbok team arrived in Las Vegas, where they will defend their title at the United States leg of International Rugby Board's World Sevens Series.

After a marathon 36-hour trip from Cape Town to Las Vegas, via London, the BlitzBokke wasted no time in shaking off the effects of jet lag with a training run on the outskirts of the world's gambling capital.

Away from city's many distractions the BlitzBokke will this week focus on adjusting to the different time zones before starting the defence of the title they won a year ago and also in 2011.

Allan Temple-Jones, the team's fitness guru, speaks about their preparations!
