CT Sevens tickets flying off the shelves

The tournament occurs on December 10 and 11, but tickets sales have already exceeded the organizers' expectations.

Almost 23 000 tickets were sold for Saturday's matches while Sunday's actions have 38 000 tickets sold.

CEO of SA Rugby Jurie Roux thanked the rugby-loving public for the support shown thus far. Roux encouraged the public to snatch up the last of the bunch.

"It is awesome to see the support from the public and one can almost feel the excitement already.

"There are still tickets available, but they are selling fast so we’d like to urge fans to buy now to avoid disappointment," he stated.
