Tietjens calls up teenager

Auckland teenager Akira Ioane is set to make his international debut in the Wellington leg of the IRB Sevens World Series this weekend.

Ioane, 18, was named for the last round in Las Vegas, but a visa problem meant he had to stay at home.

The 12-man All Black squad to play at Westpac Stadium on Friday and Saturday includes the return of Ben Lam and Tomasi Cama from injury.

New Zealand: Tomasi Cama, Scott Curry, Ambrose Curtis, DJ Forbes (captain), Bryce Heem, Gillies Kaka, Akira Ioane, Ben Lam, Tim Mikkelson, Lote Raikabula, Sherwin Stowers, George Tilsley.
