By
Monday 26 Mar 2018

Both Whitelock and Crotty missed the side's week five fixture against the Highlanders through concussion, and were both pulled late from the Crusaders' win over the Bulls on Friday.

"He is clear, he is fine," Robertson said of Crotty post-match.

"He just got hit in a bit an awkward position in the shoulder, and the doc straight away said 'let's go have a look at him'. But he is fine and passed the (HIA) test. Everything is good."

The Crusaders will first travel to Johannesburg to face the Lions, then it's off to Buenos Aires to meet the Jaguares before their bye week in round nine.

Crusaders squad.

Forwards: Tim Perry, Wyatt Crockett, Chris King, Michael Alaalatoa, Oliver Jager, Codie Taylor, Ben Funnell, Sam Whitelock, Scott Barrett, Quinten Strange, Luke Romano, Matt Todd, Jordan Taufua, Tom Sanders, Heiden Bedwell-Curtis.

Backs: Mitchell Drummond, Bryn Hall, Mitchell Hunt, Mike Delany, Tim Bateman, Ryan Crotty, Jack Goodhue, Braydon Ennor, Seta Tamanivalu, Manasa Mataele, George Bridge, David Havili.
