Cheetahs lean on Varsity Cup stars

Cheetahs coach Naka Drotske drafted in a number of Varsity Cup stars when he unveiled his 2014 Super Rugby squad on Friday.

Kevin Luiters, Teboho Mohoje, Gouws Prinsloo and Nick Schonert were all members of the Shimlas team that started their Varsity Cup campaign with a 31-15 win over Wits university earlier this week.

The other noteworthy selection is Griquas loose forward Carel Greeff, who played for Wits last season.

And then there is the return of Griquas' forgotten Springbok Hilton Lobberts, who previously played for the Bulls and Stormers.
