Look who's training with the Sharks
The Sharks will be buoyed by the return of two big Springbok forwards in Pieter-Steph du Toit and Willem Alberts who have been spotted at training.
Apart from these two big players, the Sharks also welcome former Saracens pair Mouritz Botha and Jack Wilson along with Puma's hard man Renaldo Bothma.
Du Toit was a major blow for the Sharks and Springboks when he suffered an ACL injury in March last year that ruled him out for the remainder of the year.
The 21-year-old was injured in training in the week leading up to the match against the Reds in Super Rugby in 2014.
The Sharks lock made his debut against Wales in the year-end tour of 2013 in Cardiff off the bench and then received his second cap against France two weeks later.
Alberts was another big loss, more so for the Springboks, when he missed the narrow home and away victories against Argentina in last year's Rugby Championship.
Alberts was included in the 30 man squad to travel to Australia, however it was conditional on him recovering from a hamstring injury – which he did not.
The injury ruled the flank out for the remainder of the Championship as well as the year-end tour.
Other new faces to the Sharks training this week were former Saracens men Mouritz Botha and Jack Wilson.
Botha Joined the Sharks in early December after being reluctantly released from his contract at Saracens.
South African-born Botha joined Saracens in 2009 and was named in the England Saxons squad in 2011 after becoming eligible on residency grounds.
Botha was selected in the England 44-man squad for the 2011 World Cup and made his debut in the 23–19 England victory over Wales.
Wilson, the New Zealand-born wing, was spotted along side Botha at training
The talented wing, 25, arrived in London in December 2012 and has scored six tries in 19 appearances for Saracens.
His arrival followed shortly after Botha's However, Wilson only arrived in Durban a few short days ago.
Bothma, the former Puma's and Namibian No.8, was the final new face at the Sharks training ground.
The Sharks signed the talented loose forward from the Pumas on a two-year Super Rugby contract.
Bothma will return to the Pumas after he has completed his Super Rugby commitments for the Sharks.
The Namibian No.8 was a star performer for the Pumas in last year's Currie Cup.
