Mvovo told reporters in Durban that he is focussed on the task at hand with the Sharks and he is not looking too far ahead in terms other goals like becoming a permanent fixture for the Springboks.

"For me, it is about taking care of home and Sharks is home," said Mvovo.

"The Springboks are in June [three-Test series against France], so I am not looking that far ahead.

"I'm focussing on Super Rugby and what is important for the brand that I represent at this point in time.

"We have something good going on here [at the Sharks], so I don't want to spoil that by looking too far ahead. I am just excited about putting on the Sharks jersey."

Establishing a winning culture again is something that will be the Durban-based side's top priority.

"We are working to a similar goal and that is winning and bringing crowds back to the stadium.

"Rob [Robert du Preez] has done very good work. We went to Potchefstroom for a mini camp just to start our culture and set up our goals for the next three years. It is exciting times and he has done tremendous work," said Mvovo.
