By
Thursday 24 Mar 2016

Reinach replaces Michel Claassens, with the latter dropping down to the bench.

Philip van der Walt starts his second consecutive match, this week shifting to No.8 to give Daniel du Preez a much-needed break with his twin brother Jean-Luc coming back into the back row after suffering a minor foot injury against the Stormers.

The final changes come in the front row, Coenie Oosthuizen and Franco Marais back in the starting XV after rotational changes had the duo playing off the bench last week.

An interesting statistic that bodes well for the Sharks is the fact that of their last 25 matches when hosting a team from outside of South Africa, 21 of these ended in victory for the Durban team.

Sharks: 15 Willie le Roux, 14 JP Pietersen, 13 Paul Jordaan, 12 Andre Esterhuizen, 11 Lwazi Mvovo, 10 Joe Pietersen, 9 Cobus Reinach, 8 Philip van der Walt, 7 Jean-Luc du Preez, 6 Marcell Coetzee, 5 Stephan Lewies, 4 Etienne Oosthuizen, 3 Coenie Oosthuizen, 2 Franco Marais, 1 Tendai Mtawarira (captain).

Replacements: 16 Kyle Cooper, 17 Juan Schoeman, 18 Lourens Adriaanse, 19 Hyron Andrews, 20 Daniel du Preez, 21 Michael Claassens, 22 Garth April, 23 Odwa Ndungane.

Date: Saturday, March 26

Venue: Kings Park, Durban

Kick-off: 17.05 (04.05 NZDT; 15.05 GMT)

Referee: Jaco Peyper

Assistant referees: Jaco van Heerden, Cwengile Jadezweni

TMO: Johan Greeff
