Havili is alleged to have contravened Law 10.4 (a) Punching or Striking during the match at Eden Park in Auckland.

The Judicial Committee for the Hearing will be Adam Casselden (Chairman), Mike Mika and David Croft which will be held by video conference.
Following a Crusaders request the hearing will be postponed until the week of June 6. An exact time is still to be determined.
The player is suspended from all forms of rugby until he appears before the judiciary.
