Speight sanction delayed

The outcome of Brumbies' wing Henry Speight's hearing has been delayed by the judicial officer Robert Stelzner.

Speight, who was found guilty of contravening Law 10.4 (j) Lifting Tackle during a Super Rugby match against the Stormers at the weekend, appeared at the SANZAR hearing on Tuesday.

Further information has been requested for consideration by the judicial officer before a sanction can be determined.

No comment from any party will be made until the hearing is complete.
