Stegmann setback for Bulls

Bulls flank Deon Stegmann will miss Saturday's his team's final Australasian Super Rugby tour match, when they tackle the Rebels in Melbourne on Saturday.

Stegmann suffered a rib injury in the loss to the brumbies last Friday.

The Bulls, who will be looking for a solid performance to close out the four weeks in Australasia, have suffered a number of injury setbaks in recent weeks.

Springbok midfielder Jan Serfontein left the tour a week ago due to a knee injury and will only be back in fortnight's time.

Irne Herbst and Piet van Zyl, who are both ruled out for the remainder of the season with knee injuries, head the long-term injury list.

Pierre Schoeman (knee), Bandise Maku (pectoral) and Ruan Steenkamp (knee) will all return on July 31 and Ryan Nell (knee) and Duncan Matthews (knee) on August 31.
