Chisholm is U20 World Cup's best

England Under-20 No.8 James Chisholm has been voted by fans as the World Rugby U20 Championship Player of the Year, according to his club Harlequins.

 

Chisholm was consistently one of the best players throughout the tournament and helped England to their third successive U20 final. 

 

England eventually lost 21-16 to the Junior All Blacks in an entertaining final in Cremona in Italy. It was the New Zealanders first title in four years.
