The Sharks confirmed that Emmanuel Tshituka has signed a deal with the Durban-based franchise.

There have been ongoing talks that Tshituka will link up with his older brother Vincent Tshituka at the Sharks.

However, it was debunked until now, when the Sharks finally confirmed the news via social media.

The 23-year-old has been in great form and is expected to go up against his future employers this weekend when the Lions host the Sharks at Ellis Park in the United Rugby Championship match on Saturday.

The recent developments will certainly add spice to the Round 11 contest, especially after the Lions came out on top in the previous game in Durban at the start of the year.

The loose forward’s deal is not the only big news to come out of Durban, World Cup winners Andre Esterhuizen and Trevor Nyakane are also heavily linked to the Sharks and expected to be announced soon.
