Bulls bring in more Boks for Sharks clash
TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT: Bulls Director of Rugby Jake White has named a powerful team for their United Rugby Championship Round Seven clash against the Sharks in Pretoria on Saturday.
There are a few big changes to the team that thumped Connacht last weekend.
In the backline, Springbok flyhalf Johan Goosen returns and he takes over the No.10 jersey from Jaco van der Walt, who drops to the bench.
Goosen’s halfback partner will be Embrose Papier.
Bok wing Kurt-Lee Arendse will make his first appearance for the Bulls this season and he gets the No.14 jersey. His fellow Springbok speedster Canan Moodie moves from the bench to the starting XV.
In the pack, Cameron Hanekom comes in at No.8 and Elrigh Louw takes over the captaincy after Ruan Nortje was ruled out “for a few weeks” with a hamstring injury.
Reinhardt Ludwig shifts to the No.5 lock with Janko Swanepoel coming into the second row.
The front row remains unchanged.
