Sharks land huge contract coup with Springbok forward
The Sharks have secured the services of one of their most influential forwards, confirming that star loose forward Vincent Tshituka has signed a contract extension that will keep him in Durban until 2029.
Since arriving from the Lions in 2022, Tshituka has established himself as a cornerstone of the Sharks pack, earning a reputation for his physicality, versatility, and relentless work rate.
His impressive form was rewarded in 2025 when he made his Springbok debut against Italy national rugby union team in Pretoria, having first caught the eye in a standout performance against the Barbarians in Cape Town.

His rise through the professional ranks has been remarkable. After making his mark with the Lions, his move to the Sharks elevated his game to new heights, culminating in both the Sharks captaincy and Springbok honours.
