Stormers searching for their inner 'dawg'

SPOTLIGHT: The Stormers are currently preparing for their coastal derby against the Sharks this weekend in Durban, and there is no holding back in the pack according to forwards coach Rito Hlungwani.

“Obviously we’re trying to sort out the technical stuff and make sure that everyone understands their role so they can perform quite well,” said Hlungwani.

“And when we push them we want to see who doesn’t give up and has a bit of ‘dawg’ and who doesn’t stand back.”

He added: “We ask these boys to put their bodies on the line, so the motivational part is extremely important, especially reminding them why they play rugby and who they’re playing for.”

The Stormers will announce their team on Friday
