Stormers star crowned the best South African URC player
SPOTLIGHT: Another couple of Stormers stars have been praised for their impressive individual performances during the United Rugby Championship season.
Stormers utility back Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu has been named the South African URC Player of the Season.
He was nominated for the prestigious award alongside Bulls duo Wilco Louw and Cameron Hanekom.
Feinberg-Mngomezulu follows in the footsteps of former Lions utility back Sanele Nohamba (who is currently plying his trade in Japan), and his Stormers teammates Evan Roos and Manie Libbok, who won the award in the last three seasons.

The 23-year-old’s teammate, Stormers forward Deon Fourie, won the Try of the Season award after finishing a stunning team effort against the Scarlets, which featured numerous offloads and trickery throughout.
There were 10 tries in total nominated, with Fourie beating some stiff competition to claim the award.
Jordan Hendrikse and Henco van Wyk were among the 10 nominated.
Earlier this week, Hanekom was named the Next-Gen Player of the Season.
The Bulls loose forward beat the likes of Quan Horn, Jan-Hendrik Wessels, Henco van Wyk, Cameron Hanekom, Andre-Hugo Venter, and Suleiman Hartzenberg, who were all in contention after their stellar performances this season.
The URC also revealed the Elite XV of the season, which included seven South Africans.
