URC quarterfinals confirmed
NEWS: The United Rugby Championship confirmed the quarterfinals of the global showpiece.
The tournament’s league stages finished in dramatic fashion this weekend, the four home quarterfinalists – Leinster, Bulls, Sharks and Glasgow Warriors – all learned who they face.
The results from Round 18 ensured that the four home teams were ranked; Leinster (one), Bulls (two), Sharks (three) and Glasgow Warriors (four).
This sets up an intriguing quarterfinal slate in two weeks’ time which includes three cross-hemisphere battles.
