Internal League rolls back into town

UCT’s Steinhoff Internal League teams will, finally, return to action this week; with some mouth-watering fixtures set to take place at the Green Mile on Wednesday night.

The teams have been gearing up this week to finalise some tactics come matchday – after a massive one-and-a-half month break. Expect the Green Mile to be even more swamped with players for the next two days, as they get back into the swing of things!

Top teams such as the Nadoes and Cobras have been seen practising throughout the duration of the varsity break and other teams have begun today only…

Nevertheless, the teams will surely showcase their best players and talent as they try to gain an early advantage in their groups to stake a place in the 2010 Steinhoff Internal League quarterfinals.

The fixtures – Wednesday, July 28:
B-field – Steinhoff Marquard v Steinhoff Catsville, 5.30pm
C-field – Steinhoff Spanners v Steinhoff Claredon, 5.30pm
B-field – Steinhoff Tornadoes v Steinhoff Ubumbo, 6.30pm
