It's a Grand ol' Pukke v UJ Final

Varsity Cup teams, FNB Pukke and UJ, will meet in the 2010 Grand Challenge Final – after both sides won their semifinal clashes on Wednesday evening.

Pukke won a high-scoring encounter by 55-42 against Impala – in Randfontein – after leading 26-7 at half-time.

Lock Dirco Rautenbach, quite incredibly, scored another hat-trick of tries – as the Pukke forwards flexed their muscles once again – whilst Theuns Kotzé crossed for a five-pointer to go with his six conversions and one penalty goal.

* UJ progressed to the Grand Challenge Final with a 41-21 away win over Roodepoort.

The students scored five tries to three, with young flyhalf Wesley Roberts scoring just over half their points (21) through a try, five conversions and two penalty goals.
