Referees for Varsity Cup semifinals
SA Referees have announced the referees for the Varsity Cup semifinals next Monday. They are Pretoria schoolmaster Ben Crouse and Durbanite Archie Sehlako.
Both FNB Varsity Cup presented by Steinhoff International semifinals will take place in the Cape; at UCT’s home ground and Stellenbosch’s fields.
UCT, of course, will host Pukke, whilst the Maties – the defending champions – will entertain Tukkies.
These four teams opposed each other in this past Monday’s final round of league matches, whilst they also played against each other in the 2008 Varsity Cup semifinals.
The semifinal appointments are as follows:
