TUT edge out Naka Bulle

The FNB TUT Vikings recorded a hard-fought 25-18 Carlton Cup victory over the Naka Bulle on Saturday.

Both sides scored three tries each, but the boot of Hansie Graaff – and to a lesser extent that of Ruaan van Loo – saw the Varsity Cup outfit home in the end.

Van Loo, however, also racked up two tries to go with his one conversion – for a more than useful points tally of 12 on the day.

TUT’s scorers:
Tries:
Mpho Matsaung, Ruaan van Loo 2
Cons: Hansie Graaff, Van Loo
Pens: Graaff 2
