UJ made to work by Impala

FNB UJ continued their impressive form in the 2010 Pirates Grand Challenge, but they were made to work by Impala in their clash in treacherous conditions on Saturday.

But, despite the conditions and their dogged opponents, the Men from Johannesburg made it three from three this season; with star fullback Earl Lewis and form hooker Edgar Marutlulle scoring their tries.

Flyhalf André Smith kicked both conversions and also added five penalty goals – for a 19-point match haul – as the in-form Melrose Sevens finalists continued on their unbeaten league run.
